Happy New Year!

2010 January 7
by Rich

Over the past two years I have been having a wonderful time photographing my old shed. But in all that time there’s been one thing missing – SNOW! Until now. I hope you enjoy these pictures -there will be more! I am now using a Canon 450D SLR, but I still enjoy using my compact cameras as well.

Remember the exhibition in Edinburgh continues until 27th January 2010. We hope to take it to Belfast in April.

Shed Story Interview in The Scotsman

2009 December 7
by Rich

Following the launch of my exhibition at the RNIB Gallery in Edinburgh, I gave an interview to Claire Smith of The Scotsman.

“The main thing is that people have got to do it for themselves. It’s not about doing it to show off to anybody, just do it for yourself. If that fateful day hadn’t happened, I’d still be sitting in that chair getting fat. This has lifted me out of the depths of despair. And what I’ve done, there are so many other people out there who could benefit from it. They don’t have to take fantastic photographs, they just have to be able to say: ‘I did that.'”
